You're driven, scaling those career ladders with strength, and putting in the hours. Alongside work you juggle a busy diary that shows your work hard –play hard schedule.
But... there’s a niggling feeling inside of you that something’s not quite right; authentic connection is missing from your life. Everything is beginning to feel like one big to-do-list; but it’s never all ticked off so that your shoulders can drop, you can see your future life path in front of you and somewhere deep down you know that you want more.
THERE IS MORE OUT THERE FOR YOU .
At the Discovery Project Retreat we teach you the tools to navigate everyday life and move your life forward in a way that connects and empowers whilst giving your body and mind the digital detox it is crying out for.
Through our Discovery methodology, you’ll reduce your stress levels and learn how to keep overwhelm at bay.
You’ll get confident in embedding healthy habits, understanding connection, and uncovering underlying beliefs that you didn’t know were holding you back.
Over the weekend by trying some new activities, connecting with women and workshopping topics such as boundaries, habits, people pleasing, core values, movement and communication you can embed real change in your everyday life.
With over 10 years’ experience in the events industry, we’ve curated an experience that allows you to focus on you.
This is an investment in yourself; almost like a fairy-light filled inspirational and healthy hen-do for you (without the stressful WhatsApp group in advance!).

What's the payment process?
Payment to be made within 7 days of completion of the booking form. Payment details will be sent to you via email. We will endeavour to get this email to you quickly, but please allow 1-2 working days for it to arrive. If you are unable to attend due to illness or having to self isolate, we are unable to offer a refund so therefore we recommend taking out personal insurance to cover you.
Who is this for?
The Discovery Project Retreats are inclusive safe spaces open to anyone over 18 who identifies as a woman.
What if I'm feeling nervous about booking solo?
This is completely normal! We understand. We pride ourselves in creating safe welcoming spaces for women, so those nerves won't last long and perhaps by attending on your own this will enable you to speak more freely. Most of our attendees book on individually (although groups and friends are welcome) so you won’t be the only one attending solo.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend due to illness or having to self isolate, we are unable to offer a refund therefore we strongly advise you to have adequate holiday insurance in place to help cover your costs or non-refundable expenses if unforeseen circumstances should prevent you from attending.
What will the workshops involve?
Workshops will be discussion based and focused on self-development and discovery. They will include subjects such as core values, boundaries, habits and change.
Where can I find out more about you?
You can listen to our podcast on Spotify or follow us on Instagram to discover more about us and get the latest updates!
Some of the photos include double beds, what will the sleeping arrangements be?
All accommodation is shared and includes single beds for attendees excluding the bunkbed option (which is bunkbeds!)
Will this be COVID safe?
We will be making sure this event adheres to government regulations. Most of the weekend will be outside and the number of attendees (approx. 16 total incl leaders) will help minimise risk. All attendees who book will be asked not to attend should they display any COVID symptoms or a positive lateral flow test.
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
Please note that the agenda is an outline agenda and is subject to change.
Please make sure that you make The Discovery Project aware of any medical conditions or injuries that you have prior to the start of your retreat.
If you have any additional questions, please email hello@thediscoveryproject.co.uk
